Piscari debuts its first-ever daytime brunch with a sunlit Easter feast overlooking Bangkok’s skyline

Bangkok’s brunch scene is getting a one-day-only upgrade this April, as Piscari opens its doors in daylight for the very first time. Known for its sunset cocktails and Mediterranean flair, the rooftop venue at Andaz One Bangkok steps into brunch territory with Piscari Sunlit Brunch, a relaxed, sun-drenched affair set high above the city.
Taking place on Sunday, 5 April 2026, the brunch leans into the easygoing spirit of Mediterranean dining, where long lunches, shared plates, and good conversation take center stage. From 11:30 AM onwards, guests are invited to settle in for an afternoon that feels less like a formal meal and more like a gathering among friends, with sweeping skyline views as the backdrop.

The menu is built for indulgence. It begins with unlimited oysters, cheeses, cold cuts, and appetizers, before moving into a generous selection of à la carte mains made to order. Expect a mix of comfort and coastal classics, from egg dishes and chicken-and-Merguez couscous to red wine-braised beef cheek, herb-crusted lamb rack, seafood paella, and pan-seared salmon finished with beurre blanc.
Dessert is equally considered, with pistachio baklava, cherry clafoutis, tropézienne, and other sweet creations designed to round out the experience and encourage guests to linger.
Priced at THB 2,500++ per person, the brunch includes unlimited soft drinks, with optional beverage packages for those looking to elevate the experience. The Social Pour adds free-flow wines, spirits, and cocktails, while the Champagne & Sun package brings Bollinger Champagne into the mix for a more celebratory mood.
True to its name, Piscari Sunlit Brunch is designed to unfold at a leisurely pace. Guests are encouraged to stay through the afternoon, with extended drink options and light bites available until 4:30 PM. A soundtrack of DJ beats and live percussion keeps the energy flowing, striking a balance between laid-back and lively.

It is a natural extension of Piscari’s identity, bringing its Mediterranean sensibility into the daylight. For Bangkok’s brunch crowd, it offers something slightly different: a rooftop setting, a slower rhythm, and a menu built for sharing, all wrapped into a single afternoon that feels both elevated and effortlessly social.
