Siam Paragon is leaning into a new way of dining - one that’s less about quick meals and more about staying awhile
With the launch of Siam Paragon Dining Phenomenon and the introduction of EATELIER, the mall is reshaping itself as a nighttime destination where food, drinks, music, and mood come together, now with restaurants and bars open until midnight. Here’s a closer look at the standout spots anchoring this new after-dark rhythm.
At the center of the Dining Phenomenon is EATELIER, conceived as a dining entertainment space rather than a conventional food zone. Art, music, design, and culinary creativity overlap here, making it a natural meeting point for everything from casual catch-ups to celebratory nights out. Live bands perform daily on the 4th Floor, while DJs take over upstairs on Friday and Saturday nights, turning dinner into something that can easily stretch on without feeling rushed.
Blue Moon
Blue Moon is where serious spirits meet thoughtful food. Known for housing one of Thailand’s most impressive collections of rare and limited-edition spirits—many served by the glass—the bar attracts both collectors and curious drinkers. Cocktails are precise and confident, but the food is just as considered. Developed by Benya Nandakwang of
White Café, the tapas-style menu blends Thai and Western influences, with dishes designed to complement the drinks rather than play second fiddle. Expect familiar flavors, such as roasted mackerel fried rice or northern Thai sai ua, reworked with a contemporary, shareable edge.
Bubble Bar by Vessel
Designed around celebration in all its forms, Bubble Bar by Vessel focuses on champagne, sparkling wines, and playful bubble-driven drinks. The selection ranges from approachable, easygoing pours to premium labels, making it equally suitable for spontaneous toasts or planned evenings out. The atmosphere balances polish with fun, lending itself naturally to after-work gatherings, small celebrations, or relaxed date nights that still feel special.
Crafture by HOBS
Crafture by HOBS offers a modern take on Thainess through food and drink. The menu is built around local ingredients and Thai culinary wisdom, translated into small, easy-to-share bites. Dishes like roasted beef skewers wrapped around tomatoes infused with Thai fruit juices and spices feel familiar yet subtly reimagined. Thai craft beers, brewed with pandan and tropical fruit notes, complete the picture. Sustainability is woven into the concept through a zero-waste beer brewed specifically for the NEXTOPIA zone, giving the space a sense of purpose alongside its laid-back style.
Fallabella Little Sister Kitchen
The playful counterpoint to the original Fallabella club, Little Sister Kitchen brings American and Mexican influences into a more relaxed, everyday setting. Burritos become the star, but not in expected forms. Black pepper beef fried rice wrapped with cheese and braised beef, lamb shank paired with pickled mango, and even coq au vin reinterpreted through a Thai-Mexican lens reflect the kitchen’s willingness to experiment without losing comfort. It’s a place designed for groups who want to eat well, talk long, and feel at ease.
PICHÉ Wine Bar
PICHÉ stands out as Bangkok’s first wine tap bar, reframing wine drinking as something fun, flexible, and inviting. Wines are served directly from the tap at ideal temperatures, allowing guests to sample different styles in one visit. Curated tastings, guided by sommeliers, range from natural wines to classics, signature blends, and rare bottles. The space strikes a balance between relaxed and energetic, making it just as appealing to seasoned wine lovers as to those looking for a casual hangout with a twist.
The dining phenomenon extends beyond these headline venues, bringing together an eclectic mix of restaurants that cater to every mood, from yakiniku and isaan cuisine to seafood specialists, casual eateries, and nightlife-driven concepts. The variety is intentional, reflecting the many ways people choose to unwind after dark.
With extended hours until midnight across the EATELIER zone and a rotating lineup of music, food, and drink, Siam Paragon is positioning dining as an experience that doesn’t need to end early. Whether it starts with a drink, turns into dinner, or stretches into a late-night conversation, the Siam Paragon Dining Phenomenon is designed to let the night unfold naturally, one venue at a time.
