A new riverside afternoon tea experience is served daily at The Lounge, THB 1,800++ per person

Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River has launched a new limited-edition afternoon tea in collaboration with internationally acclaimed Spanish pastry chef Miquel Guarro, bringing his modern pastry vision to the heart of Bangkok’s luxury dining scene.

Running daily until to 30 April 2026, the pop-up Afternoon Tea is served at The Lounge from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, priced at THB 1,800++ per person. The offering presents a thoughtfully composed sequence of savory and sweet creations, blending Spanish culinary heritage with contemporary artistry under the guidance of Guarro and Four Seasons’ Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini.
The experience opens with a refined selection of savory bites including chilled Marcona almond soup with grape granita, red prawn toast with calamansi and menton lemon, Joelito ham with Périgord black truffle, pan de tomate, octopus with fennel and saffron, and playful “fake olives” inspired by modern tapas traditions.
The sweet course highlights Guarro’s signature Sant Jordi Rose, crafted with chocolate sponge, lychee and rose tea jam, and dark chocolate raspberry mousse. Guests can also indulge in strawberries and cream with white chocolate, Sacher with milk chocolate, banoffee tart, and pistachio sponge with citrus compote, each piece reflecting precise technique and elegant presentation.
To complement the afternoon tea, Café Madeleine hosts a special pop-up until 28 February 2026, offering a curated selection of Chef Guarro’s modern pastries and chocolate creations available for dine-in or takeaway.

Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 02 032 0885 or via the FS Chat App.
