Two limited-time dining experiences worth booking this March and April 2026 at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park

A Taste of Old Hong Kong at Pagoda Chinese Restaurant

March and April bring two very different (but equally compelling) reasons to dine at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park. From heritage Hong Kong dim sum crafted by hand to sweet Korean strawberries presented with modern flair, this Sukhumvit landmark is serving comfort, craftsmanship, and seasonal indulgence in one polished package.

A Taste of Old Hong Kong at Pagoda Chinese Restaurant

At Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, lunchtime becomes a nostalgic journey through Cantonese culinary history with the Hong Kong Nostalgic Homemade Dim Sum menu, available from 1 March to 30 April 2026, 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM. Prices start from THB 180++ per basket.

Curated by Hong Kong Head Chef Oscar Pun alongside Master Dim Sum Chef Allan, this limited-time selection pays homage to the golden era of Hong Kong teahouses. Every basket highlights handmade techniques, time-honored recipes, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Expect Teochew-style dumplings filled with minced pork and nine kinds of vegetables, offering layered textures and balanced seasoning. The steamed bean curd wrap with fish maw, chicken, and black mushroom delivers a refined, comforting richness. For something bold, the steamed buns with braised pork belly, taro, and red fermented bean curd bring deep, heritage-driven flavors, while crispy fried pork and prawn wontons topped with golden gravy channel classic Hong Kong indulgence.

For dinner, Pagoda elevates the experience with its Dim Sum Basket Dinner, available daily from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, priced at THB 1,488++ per basket. This curated 12-piece selection includes premium creations such as steamed pork and shrimp dumplings crowned with whole abalone, tiger prawn dumplings, classic pork-shrimp-shiitake dumplings with salmon roe, and truffle-shiitake-corn-asparagus dumplings. It’s refined, celebratory, and ideal for sharing.

Korean Strawberry Season at Akira Back Bangkok

Over at Akira Back Bangkok, spring sweetness takes center stage with the Korean Strawberry promotion, available from 1 March to 30 April 2026, with prices starting from THB 120++ per dish.

Renowned for their vibrant aroma, delicate texture, and natural sweetness, Korea’s premium strawberries inspire four elegant desserts that reflect Chef Akira Back’s signature modern approach.

The homemade strawberry shortcake layers vanilla sponge with whipped cream and house-made compote for a light yet indulgent treat. A playful macaron ice cream pairs salted cream cheese and yogurt cream cheese with strawberry ice cream for a balance of sweet and tangy. The strawberry panna cotta, topped with mixed berry ice cream and coulis, offers creamy sophistication, while the strawberry cone ice cream delivers refreshing nostalgia with a polished finish.
