In the heart of Bangkok’s most dynamic retail and cultural destination, an exhibition of profound beauty and meaning invites visitors to pause, reflect, and remember. On view from now until 25 March 2026, Art Jewel on the 5th floor of Siam Paragon presents In Reverent Remembrance of the Royal Grace of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, a major exhibition honoring the immeasurable benevolence and cultural legacy of The Queen Mother.

More than a display of visual mastery, the exhibition serves as a contemplative space, one that translates reverence into form, color, and texture. At its center is the enduring influence of The Queen Mother, whose dedication to cultural preservation, community development, and the nurturing of Thai craftsmanship continues to shape the nation’s creative spirit.

Two National Artists, One Collective Tribute

The exhibition brings together 48 masterworks by two National Artists and 20 leading Thai artists. Featured prominently are Professor Emeritus Preecha Thaothong, National Artist in Visual Arts (Painting, 2009), and Professor Emeritus Thavorn Ko-udomvit, National Artist in Visual Arts (Printmaking, 2021).

Professor Preecha’s collection, An Art Exhibition in Tribute to the Enduring Royal Grace of the Nation, draws inspiration from the royal reflection The King is the water, I am the forest. Through the metaphor of human development as trees within a forest nourished by water, he interprets the harmonious partnership between His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The works echo the principles of Sufficiency Economy and the nurturing of human potential from within, presenting royal philosophy not as portraiture alone, but as living ideals.

In contrast yet in harmony, Professor Thavorn’s Prostration series presents mixed-media portraits of His Majesty and The Queen Mother. Through expressive lines, layered materials, and contemplative use of color, the works convey gratitude from the heart. The atmosphere they create is serene and dignified, encouraging viewers to consider the deeper meaning of homage and remembrance.

A Collective Expression of Reverence

Another highlight is a special presentation of nine newly unveiled works created collaboratively by 20 leading Thai artists under the leadership of Professor Emeritus Pishnu Supanimit, National Artist in Visual Arts (Printmaking, 2022). Together with distinguished peers across the Thai art community, they have transformed gratitude into tangible expression.

These works reflect not only admiration for The Queen Mother, but also the collective memory of a nation shaped by her compassion and vision. Through abstraction, portraiture, and symbolic forms, the artists interpret royal grace as something living and present.

Art as Living Legacy

The exhibition transcends aesthetics. It seeks to engage with the core ideals that underpin national development, the creation of opportunity, and the nurturing of land and people. In doing so, it mirrors the very values long championed by The Queen Mother through initiatives that uplift rural communities and preserve traditional craftsmanship.

In a meaningful gesture, Siam Paragon, in collaboration with the two National Artists, will donate all proceeds from the sale of artworks to the Foundation for the Promotion of Supplementary Occupations and Related Techniques of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, widely known as the SUPPORT Foundation. The initiative ensures that the spirit of the exhibition continues beyond the gallery walls.

With more than 150,000 visitors daily, including a significant international audience, the space bridges commerce and culture in a uniquely Bangkok way.
