As Bangkok’s heat and fast pace continue to wear down both body and mind, Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is offering a slower and more restorative way to recharge this season. The Oriental Wellness Club has unveiled its new Summer Wellbeing Experience, a one-day wellness program designed to help guests reset physically and mentally through movement, recovery, and personalized care.

Available until Monday, 30 June, 2026, the experience reflects the hotel’s long-standing approach to holistic wellness, combining traditional healing philosophies with modern fitness and recovery techniques. Set within the calm riverside atmosphere of the wellness club, the program offers a brief but immersive escape from the pressures of urban life.

The wellness journey begins with a 15-minute personal wellbeing consultation, followed by a Technogym Check-up assessment that provides insight into overall body condition and fitness levels. Based on the results, specialists guide guests toward personalized wellness recommendations tailored to their individual needs.

From there, guests move into a one-hour private training session focused on building strength, flexibility, endurance, and mobility according to personal fitness goals. Recovery is equally emphasized, with access to the club’s Recovery Studio, where infrared saunas and cold plunge therapy help improve circulation, reduce muscle fatigue, and support physical restoration.

Beyond the scheduled sessions, the wellness experience also includes full-day access to the club’s fitness center, steam rooms, saunas, and jacuzzi facilities, allowing guests to unwind at their own pace throughout the day.

The launch further reinforces Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok’s growing reputation as one of the city’s leading wellness destinations. Recently recognized by Forbes Vetted as the “Best Hotel in Bangkok For Spa and Wellness,” the historic riverside hotel continues to expand its focus on wellbeing experiences that deliver more than surface-level relaxation.

Priced at THB 3,500++ per person, the Summer Wellbeing Experience offers a concise yet comprehensive introduction to the hotel’s wellness philosophy, one centered around balance, recovery, and sustainable self-care rather than quick fixes.
