Pride Month in Thailand is set to become even more colorful this June as W Hotels launches its annual Stand for Love campaign, bringing a month of Pride celebrations, creative experiences, and community-focused events to Bangkok and Koh Samui.

Taking place throughout June 2026, the global campaign reflects W Hotels' long-standing commitment to diversity, inclusion, self-expression, and equality. This year's Pride activations combine art, fashion, wellness, nightlife, and open dialogue, creating spaces where guests and locals can come together to celebrate individuality while raising awareness of issues still facing LGBTQIA+ communities around the world.

Pride at W Bangkok

At W Bangkok, the lifestyle hotel known for blending contemporary design with the heritage charm of Sathon, Pride Month will be marked with a series of vibrant events.

Running from 6 to 30 June, visitors can explore immersive art installations created by renowned designer Bill Bensley and upcycling artist Nymm Kaewtrakarn. The installations will be displayed throughout W Lounge and The House on Sathorn, adding a colorful Pride-inspired dimension to the hotel's public spaces.

Fashion takes center stage on 13 June when internationally acclaimed designer Eric Raisina presents a runway showcase featuring his distinctive textile creations and artistic vision.

Cocktail enthusiasts can head to W Lounge on 20 June for Elixirs, an evening spotlighting talented guest bartenders from the LGBTQIA+ community through creative cocktails and social gatherings.

The month concludes on 28 June with the Stand for Love Run led by lifestyle and wellness influencer Meepik. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, the community run encourages participants to celebrate inclusion, friendship, and well-being while moving together through Bangkok.

Pride by the Beach at W Koh Samui

For those seeking an island escape, W Koh Samui is bringing Pride celebrations to the Gulf of Thailand with Stand for Love Beach.

Throughout June, guests can enjoy Pride-themed cocktails, entertainment, and beachside experiences while the resort's shoreline is transformed with organic art installations and floral sculptures.

One of the highlights takes place on 13 June with an intimate Stand for Love Session featuring LGBTQIA+ couple Kelio and Ryann. The discussion will explore themes of identity, individuality, relationships, and inclusion, creating a welcoming space for meaningful conversations.

The evening will continue with music from DJ Groove and DJ Gregory at Sip Beach, turning the shoreline into a celebration of unity and self-expression under the stars.

Wellness also plays a role in this year's Pride programming. On 11 June guests can participate in an Innerdance Workshop led by Caro, blending music, sound frequencies, meditation, and energy work to encourage emotional release and self-discovery.

More Than a Celebration

While Pride Month is often associated with colorful parades and festivities, W Hotels says Stand for Love is also about creating awareness and fostering conversations around equality and acceptance.

"Stand for Love is a celebration of freedom of expression, human connection, and inclusivity," said Brad Edman, Market Vice President for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar at Marriott International. "At the same time, it is a reminder that there is still work to be done to achieve equality in many parts of the world."

As Thailand continues to strengthen its reputation as one of Asia's most welcoming destinations for LGBTQIA+ travelers, the Stand for Love campaign offers visitors another reason to experience Pride Month in Bangkok and Koh Samui.
