Chateau Botanique in Ploenchit brings together festive roasts, premium seafood and international favorites for Christmas and New Year in Bangkok

Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok is preparing three festive buffets at Chateau Botanique, its all-day dining restaurant in Ploenchit, with a selection of traditional holiday dishes, seafood and international specialties.

The hotel's festive dining program covers Christmas Eve on Thursday 24 December, Christmas Day on Friday 25 December and New Year's Eve on Thursday 31 December 2026.

All three buffets are priced at THB 1,500 net per adult, offering an option for families, couples and groups of friends planning a holiday gathering in central Bangkok.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day: Traditional Roasts Meet Seafood

Chateau Botanique's Christmas celebrations begin with a Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet on Thursday 24 December, followed by a Christmas Day Brunch Buffet on Friday 25 December.

Both menus feature a combination of familiar Christmas dishes and international favorites, with seafood and carving stations forming the centerpiece.

Each guest receives a serving of grilled lobster tail with champagne butter sauce. The seafood-on-ice station includes oysters, New Zealand mussels, poached tiger prawns and snow crab legs, accompanied by classic and Thai-style sauces.

For those who prefer a traditional Christmas meal, the carving station offers roast turkey with chestnut stuffing, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce, alongside honey-glazed ham with pineapple and mustard sauce and roasted Australian beef striploin served with red wine sauce and horseradish cream.

Other dishes range from sushi and sashimi to roasted chestnut velouté, clam chowder, European cheeses and charcuterie.

Heartier options include braised beef shank with root vegetables, beef lasagna, Massaman beef curry and roasted pork belly with chili and salt. Live cooking stations prepare pasta with a choice of sauces and Thai-style noodles.

Desserts bring the meal back to the festive theme, with Christmas pudding, stollen, panettone and chocolate opera, alongside Thai sweets and seasonal fruit.

Families dining with young children can also look forward to a visit from Santa Claus during the Christmas celebrations.

New Year's Eve: A Festive Dinner to Close 2026

On Thursday 31 December, Chateau Botanique will host a New Year's Eve Dinner Buffet from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

The evening begins with an individually served foie gras brioche with port wine gelée before guests explore the buffet.

Seafood remains a highlight, with oysters, New Zealand mussels, poached tiger prawns and snow crab legs, together with sushi, sashimi, cheeses, charcuterie and salads.

The carving station returns with roast turkey, honey-glazed ham and Australian beef striploin.

Elsewhere, the menu includes grilled seabass, seafood Newburg, beef stroganoff and baked chicken with rosemary gravy. Guests can also choose from Thai dishes, mushroom truffle pizza, freshly prepared pasta and noodles.

The dinner is designed as a relaxed way to celebrate the final evening of the year over a shared meal, whether with family, friends or colleagues.

All three festive buffets are available at the same price.
