The Royal Project Foundation, in collaboration with Siam Paragon, Gourmet Market, and the Thailand Gastronomy Network, presents the Royal Project Gastronomy Festival 2026, inviting city dwellers to experience premium highland ingredients through the concept Taste of Longevity: From Farm to Table. The festival takes place from 18–29 March 2026 at NEXTOPIA on the 5th floor and Gourmet Market on the G floor of Siam Paragon.

The event brings together a caravan of premium ingredients and Super Master quality products from Thailand’s highland regions, reflecting the Royal Project’s long-standing commitment to supporting and developing highland farmers. Through decades of research and sustainable agricultural development, the Royal Project has helped elevate local produce to international standards while improving the livelihoods of farming communities.

Under the theme Taste of Longevity: From Farm to Table, the festival highlights the philosophy of healthy living and sustainability. Visitors can explore the journey of wholesome food from environmentally responsible cultivation and natural resource preservation to careful post-harvest management that ensures freshness and maximum nutritional value before reaching consumers in the heart of Bangkok.

One of the highlights of the festival is Royal Project trout, a premium freshwater fish raised in natural highland water sources where temperatures are maintained below 24°C. This environment produces tender white flesh with a delicate flavor and high nutritional value. Visitors can choose from both fresh and smoked trout.

Another standout is Black Caviar, a globally recognized Thai product sourced from Siberian sturgeon raised in a recirculating water system fed by water from Siribhume Waterfall. Cultivated in the pristine climate of Doi Inthanon, the process yields caviar of international quality.

Tea lovers can explore a diverse selection of Royal Project teas that reflect the heritage of highland tea cultivation. These include Gratitude & Longevity Tea, roasted Assam green tea infused with mango and strawberry aromas; White Peony White Tea made from tender buds harvested from wild highland tea plants; Compressed Red Tea with a rich and complex profile; Mango Sticky Rice Oolong Tea inspired by Thailand’s beloved dessert; and Wild Chrysanthemum Green Tea from natural plantations in Mon Ngo. The festival also features the 12 Oolong Tea Set and the Special Red Tea Set made from carefully selected one bud two leaves harvests.

Coffee enthusiasts will find premium Arabica beans from highland communities, including Doi Sam Muen Natura roasted beans with notes of honey, bergamot, dried fruit, and dark chocolate; Le Tor Montis from the Pwo Karen community with aromas of berries, orange, caramel, and cinnamon; and Mae Poon Luang Silva cultivated by the Akha community with floral, honeyed, and fruity notes. Additional offerings include the bold Doi Sam Muen roasted beans and Royal Project Arabica capsules from the Teen Tok Development Center and the Inthanon Royal Agricultural Station, featuring balanced profiles with notes of chocolate, nuts, vanilla, caramel, and citrus.

Visitors can also browse a wide selection of fresh highland produce, including Japanese pumpkin, Royal Project tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, cos salad, Japanese cucumber, napa cabbage, and green cabbage. Seasonal fruits such as cape gooseberries, passion fruit, and fresh plums are also available.

For those seeking healthier snack options, the festival features Royal Project vegetable and mushroom crackers in four flavors: pumpkin, carrot, shiitake mushroom, and the new purple sweet potato with quinoa. Additional products include Jacunene rice, Royal Project natural mineral water, and Royal Project drinking water. Natural home fragrances such as reed diffusers and fancy potpourri in scents like tea tree and fern are also part of the selection.

Beyond food and produce, the festival also showcases tribal handicrafts and community products from the Chaipattana Foundation, Mae Fah Luang Foundation, and Doi Kham, along with craft products from communities across Thailand.

A series of curated Heartfelt Activities created by the Thailand Gastronomy Network will offer visitors opportunities to explore wellness and creativity through workshops and experiences. These include live cooking demonstrations using Royal Project ingredients, cider and kombucha making workshops, a forest bathing in the city experience, coffee tasting sessions to discover your coffee persona, crackers pairing parties, and Eat Your Design, a wellness activity offering personalized dietary recommendations based on birth date.
