As ONYX Hospitality Group celebrates its 60th anniversary, the hotel company is giving travelers more reasons to explore Thailand with ease. Through a new partnership with Grab, guests can enjoy exclusive transportation discounts, dining offers, and concierge-assisted ride services that make getting around simpler from check-in to check-out.

The collaboration forms part of ONYX Hospitality Group's year-long "More of What You Love" campaign, which focuses on enhancing every stage of the guest journey. Rather than limiting the experience to the hotel itself, the initiative extends into the destination, helping travelers discover local neighborhoods, restaurants, and attractions with greater convenience.

Enjoy discounted Grab rides throughout your stay

Getting from the airport to the hotel or navigating a new city becomes more affordable with exclusive Grab discounts available to guests staying at participating ONYX Hospitality Group properties.

By entering the promotional code ONYX60 in the Grab app, users receive 15% off eligible Grab rides, excluding GrabTaxi, with savings of up to THB 100 per trip. The promotion can be redeemed twice per user and is available until July 31, 2027, subject to availability and terms and conditions.

The offer applies to guests staying at Amari, OZO, Shama, and Oriental Residence hotels across Thailand, making it easier to explore nearby attractions, shopping districts, cultural landmarks, and dining destinations.

The partnership also encourages guests to experience ONYX Hospitality Group's growing collection of restaurants and bars.

More than 20 ONYX Dining venues across Thailand are participating in the campaign through Grab Dine Out and GrabFood. Guests receive 20% off their first Grab Dine Out transaction at participating restaurants, followed by 10% off future visits.

Whether enjoying a leisurely dinner at the hotel or discovering local flavors during a day out, the dining benefits add extra value throughout the stay.

Hotel concierge now books Grab rides for guests

One of the most practical features is the new Guest Transport Concierge Service powered by Grab.

Instead of arranging transport themselves, guests can simply request a ride through the hotel's concierge team. Drivers can be tracked in real time, while both the hotel and Grab provide support throughout the journey, offering a more seamless travel experience from arrival to departure.

Vehicle options vary by property to accommodate different travel needs. Oriental Residence Bangkok offers GrabPremium, while Amari hotels provide GrabPremium, GrabCar, GrabSUV, and GrabVan. OZO and Shama properties offer GrabCar, GrabSUV, and GrabVan, making the service suitable for solo travelers, families, and larger groups.

Up to 10 vehicles can be booked under a single reservation, with accident insurance included for every journey.

More of What You Love continues throughout ONYX Hospitality Group's anniversary year

The Grab collaboration is one of several initiatives being introduced as part of ONYX Hospitality Group's 60th anniversary celebrations. Under the "More of What You Love" campaign, the company will continue unveiling new partnerships and guest experiences designed to make travel more convenient, rewarding, and connected.

For travelers visiting Thailand, the collaboration brings together accommodation, transportation, and dining into one integrated experience, allowing guests to spend less time planning logistics and more time enjoying the destination.
