Thailand Real Estate Awards 2026 Launches to Spotlight the Future of Property in Southeast Asia

New regional platform connects Thailand’s leading developers and projects with a wider Southeast Asian stage

Bangkok’s property industry took a significant step onto the regional stage with the launch of the Thailand Real Estate Awards 2026, unveiled at a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River on 12 March 2026. Organized by Dot Property and Lamudi, the awards now form part of the newly introduced Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards platform, designed to recognize the developers, projects, and real estate professionals shaping the future of the region’s rapidly expanding property market.

The Thailand Real Estate Awards build on more than a decade of the Dot Property Awards, which have celebrated standout developments across Thailand’s residential, resort, and mixed-use sectors. With the program now integrated into the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards platform, Thailand joins a wider regional network that will also include national awards in Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Cambodia.

The expanded platform is backed by SEA Connect, Southeast Asia’s largest proptech ecosystem. Dot Property and Lamudi now operate together under this umbrella following Lamudi’s acquisition last year, bringing two of the region’s most influential digital property marketplaces into one integrated network.

Together, the group’s platforms attract more than 100 million property seekers each year and generate over two million enquiries annually from active buyers and investors searching for opportunities across Southeast Asia. Dot Property operates leading property portals in multiple markets, while Lamudi holds market-leading positions in the Philippines and Indonesia. Combined with the group’s brokerage arm FazWaz, which facilitates real estate transactions across the region, the ecosystem offers a comprehensive perspective on the property market, spanning buyer search demand, developer marketing performance, and real transaction activity.

National winners from the Thailand Real Estate Awards will go on to compete at the Southeast Asia Real Estate Awards Grand Final, where leading developers and projects from across the region will be recognized.

The 2026 edition also introduces a strengthened evaluation framework designed to ensure that recognition reflects genuine industry achievement. Entries will be assessed through a structured judging process supported by experienced awards consultants and industry professionals, using clearly defined evaluation criteria.

The Thailand Real Estate Awards recognize achievements across a wide range of categories, including property development, architecture and design, sustainability and innovation, residential and resort projects, and real estate agency performance. The program also continues to expand recognition for real estate professionals through initiatives such as the Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards, organized in partnership with the Thai Real Estate Broker Association.
